EMAIL MARKETING

Email that your subscribers open because it is worth opening

A list that never gets emailed has no value. A list that gets emailed with content nobody asked for trains recipients to ignore or unsubscribe, which is a worse outcome than not emailing them at all, because you have permanently reduced the value of the asset.

We design email programmes that match the message to the moment, automation sequences that trigger when behaviour signals interest, segmentation that ensures the recipient sees content relevant to where they are in the relationship with your business, and measurement that tracks revenue rather than opens.

Email is the highest-return channel in digital marketing when the list is clean, the segmentation is correct, and the content is worth receiving. It is an expensive channel to run badly, because the cost is list degradation that cannot be recovered.

What's happening in Email Marketing

0 %
higher open rates for segmented campaigns over unsegmented campaigns, a single email sent to everyone performs at the average; targeted emails sent to the right segment perform well above it
0 %
of email recipients report email as spam based on the subject line alone, deliverability and list quality are preconditions for any email programme; a suppressed domain cannot be recovered without significant effort
0 %
average list churn rate per year for email marketing programmes without active list management, unmanaged list decay reduces the value of the asset by roughly ten percent annually before any send-induced attrition is accounted for
0 %
of revenue from email marketing comes from personalised triggered emails, despite comprising a small fraction of total email volume, automation sequences triggered by behaviour consistently outperform broadcast emails in both open rate and conversion rate

What we offer

LIST SEGMENTATION

Divide your list by behaviour and stage so each message is relevant to its recipient

Segmentation based on demographics is a starting point. Segmentation based on behaviour, pages visited, products viewed, content downloaded, time since last purchase, produces relevance at a level that demographic segmentation cannot approach. We design your segmentation model around the data you have and the signals that predict purchase intent in your specific customer base.

COPY & CREATIVE

Write and design emails that get opened and acted on, not archived

We write email copy from the recipient’s perspective, what they are trying to do, what would be valuable to them at this moment, and what one action we are asking them to take. Subject lines, preview text, body structure, and call-to-action are treated as a coherent sequence rather than as independent decisions. Creative design serves the copy; it does not compete with it.

A/B TESTING & OPTIMISATION

Test systematically so improvements are based on data rather than opinion

We design a structured testing programme, subject lines, send times, content depth, call-to-action placement, and segmentation approaches, with statistical significance thresholds set before tests run rather than after, so findings cannot be declared significant because the data looked interesting. Tests that do not meet significance thresholds are not reported as findings.

AUTOMATION & FLOW DESIGN

Build email sequences that trigger at the right moment without requiring manual effort

We design automation flows for the sequences that matter most, welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase, re-engagement, and win-back, and trigger them on behavioural events rather than on fixed schedules. Triggered emails sent at the moment of peak intent consistently outperform broadcast emails in both open rate and revenue per recipient.

DELIVERABILITY OPTIMISATION

Ensure emails reach inboxes rather than spam folders

Deliverability is determined by domain reputation, list quality, sending volume patterns and content characteristics. We configure authentication, DKIM, SPF, DMARC, monitor reputation scores, manage list hygiene to remove unengaged subscribers before they suppress domain reputation, and structure sending volume to stay within the reputation limits of your domain’s sending history.

PERFORMANCE REPORTING

Track the metrics that reflect revenue, not just opens and clicks

Open rate and click-through rate are preconditions for revenue, not proxies for it. We report email performance against the metrics that matter, revenue per recipient, conversion rate, revenue attributed to automation versus broadcast, and list health indicators including unsubscribe rate, complaint rate and deliverability score. Reporting accompanies a recommendation for the following period.

THE WEBIZONA DIFFERENCE

Why choose Webizona as your Email Marketing company?

Triggered over broadcast

An email sent to the right person at the moment they are most interested in what it contains outperforms a broadcast email to your full list in every metric that matters. We weight the programme toward triggered automation and use broadcast for cases where timing is not a primary signal.

Deliverability as infrastructure

Email programmes that do not actively manage deliverability degrade their own domain reputation over time. We configure authentication, monitor reputation, manage list hygiene continuously, and structure sending volume around your domain's reputation capacity, before it becomes a problem that requires recovery.

Revenue as the measure

Open rate is a measure of subject line performance, not email marketing performance. We design reporting around revenue per email, revenue per flow, and the contribution of email to total revenue, so investment in the programme is evaluated against what it produces, not against a metric that correlates weakly with commercial outcome.

Benefits

Common Questions

We work with Klaviyo, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Campaign Monitor, ActiveCampaign, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Platform recommendation depends on your tech stack, the complexity of automation you need, your list size, and your budget. Klaviyo is typically the strongest choice for e-commerce; HubSpot for B2B with a CRM integration requirement; Klaviyo and ActiveCampaign for DTC brands with complex segmentation needs.
We design email programmes on a consent-first basis. Contacts are segmented by consent type and recency, suppression lists are maintained and applied consistently, and unsubscribe requests are processed within the required timeframe. Sending to contacts without a clear legitimate interest or explicit consent basis is a legal and reputational liability we do not advise, regardless of whether the contact was previously active.
Open rate benchmarks vary significantly by sector and list quality. More useful than an aggregate open rate is the trajectory over time, a declining open rate against a stable list is a signal of content or segmentation issues. A stable or improving rate with controlled list growth is a healthy programme. We report trends alongside absolute metrics rather than benchmarking against sector averages that may reflect a different list composition.
We run a reactivation sequence before any decision to suppress disengaged contacts. For contacts that do not respond to a reactivation sequence, typically three to five emails over four to six weeks, we recommend suppression rather than continued sending, which permanently damages deliverability for the engaged portion of the list. A smaller list of engaged subscribers is more valuable commercially than a large list with significant disengagement.
Frequency should be matched to the recipient’s demonstrated interest level and your actual ability to produce content worth receiving at that frequency. Sending more email to drive revenue in the short term typically reduces the value of the list over the medium term. We recommend frequency based on your content production capacity, list engagement rates, and the commercial rhythm of your product or service.
