    Privacy Policy

    Last updated: 11 October 2026

Webizona (“we”, “us”) operates webizona.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it and the choices you have. It applies to visitors of this website and to people who contact us through it.

    Information we collect

Information you give us. When you submit an enquiry, booking or careers form we collect the details you enter: typically your name, work email, phone number, company and the message you write. We use it to respond to you and to follow up on your request.

Information collected automatically. We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used (pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser, referring site). This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, request time, user agent) for security and troubleshooting.

Cookies. We use a small number of cookies: essential cookies that keep the site working, and analytics cookies as described above. You can block or delete cookies in your browser; the site will still work. See our Cookie Policy.

    How we use your information

    • To reply to enquiries and deliver services you ask for.
    • To send information you have asked for about our services. We do not add you to marketing lists without your consent, and every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
    • To understand how the website performs and improve it.
    • To keep the site secure and to comply with legal obligations.

    Who we share it with

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf under contract: website hosting, email delivery, form handling, scheduling, and analytics (Google). These providers may be located outside your country, including in the United States and India, where our team is based; we take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.

    How long we keep it

Enquiry details are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and for up to 24 months afterwards unless you become a client, in which case they are kept for the duration of the engagement and as required by law. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics settings (currently 14 months).

    Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under GDPR and the California Consumer Privacy Act) you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information, to object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. California residents may also opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information; we do not sell it. To exercise any right, email privacy@webizona.com. We will respond within 30 days. See also Do Not Sell/Share My Personal Information and the Preference Center.

    Children

This website is for businesses and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.

    Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Access to the information you send us is restricted to the people who need it to respond. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

    Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time; the date at the top shows the latest version. Material changes will be noted on this page.
