Community administrators and HOA managers were running operations on email chains, spreadsheets, and outdated bulletin boards. There was no unified platform for event management, resident communication, resource allocation, payment tracking, and financial oversight — and every existing tool solved one problem while ignoring five others.
The founders of Residents came to us with a clear vision and no technical team. They needed a product that could handle multi-community tenancy from day one, serve three distinct user roles — admin, member, and resident — and launch with enough features to sign paying communities before the runway ran out.

A multi-tenant SaaS platform spanning four surfaces — public website, admin panel, member portal, and React Native mobile app — all connected through a single data layer built on MongoDB and deployed on AWS.
