How We Built the Blockchain Platform Behind Immobilium's Real-World Tokenisation Projects
Raiffeisen Bank International needed a working proof-of-concept for Euro-backed token payments. Eloop needed the world’s first electric vehicle fleet tokenisation. We built both — on the 0bsnetwork blockchain — and shipped.

The Challenge
Enterprise blockchain adoption was stuck in whitepapers. Banks wanted proof that tokenised payments could replace physical cash at scale, without sacrificing compliance, auditability, or the user experience their employees expected. Raiffeisen Bank International came to us with a narrow window: build a live canteen payment PoC using a Euro-backed stable token, with 50 test users, in-person QR payments, and full EBICS banking integration — and prove it works before the budget conversation gets any bigger.
In parallel, Eloop — Vienna’s shared electric vehicle fleet operator — needed something that had never been built anywhere in the world: a crowd investing platform that put vehicle ownership on the blockchain. Investors needed identity verification, token purchases, real-time IoT data from the vehicles, and a live dashboard showing their share of the fleet’s earnings — all running on an infrastructure that regulators and lawyers could stand behind.
The Solution
A production-grade blockchain stack on the 0bsnetwork platform — with a React Native wallet app, a Point of Sale connector, full EBICS banking integration, and a crowd investing platform with IoT data feeds — delivered across two live client projects.
REST Stable Token System
Built the complete REST token infrastructure for Raiffeisen Bank International — mobile wallet app, canteen Point of Sale connector, Euro-to-token conversion backend, and a dedicated admin interface — with every REST token backed 1:1 by one Euro in compliance with GDPR and EU regulation.
Eloop Crowd Investing Platform
Designed and built the world\’s first vehicle fleet tokenisation platform for Eloop — including crowd investor onboarding, video KYC identity verification, token purchase and wallet management, real-time IoT data feeds from vehicles recorded immutably on the blockchain, and a live profit-sharing dashboard.
0bsnetwork Blockchain Infrastructure
Deployed and operated the 0bsnetwork blockchain platform — a third-generation, proof-of-stake chain with thousands of times lower energy consumption than Bitcoin or Ethereum — as the shared foundation across both projects, with Data Transactions, KYC, qualified electronic signature, and IoT integration built in.
