Since Webizona provides virtual services, we do not physically ship products. Instead, services are delivered through online platforms, emails, or digital downloads. Below is an overview of how our service delivery works:

  • Service Delivery Method:
    • All services are delivered virtually through agreed channels such as email, video conferencing platforms (Zoom, Teams, etc.), or via secure download links.
    • Upon purchase, you will receive an email with details on how and when the service will be delivered or instructions on accessing any digital products.

  • Delivery Time:
    • For one-time services, delivery will occur as per the timeline agreed upon at the time of purchase or scheduling.
    • Subscription services will be delivered on a recurring basis (weekly, monthly, etc.) as specified in the subscription plan.

  • Access to Virtual Products:
    • Digital products, such as eBooks, software, or downloadable resources, will be available immediately after purchase or as per the specified delivery schedule. You will receive an email with a download link or access credentials.

  • Service Availability:
    • In case of any delays or issues with the virtual service (e.g., technical difficulties), you will be notified immediately, and we will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

  • Non-Delivery:
    • If you do not receive the service or virtual product as expected, please contact us within 48 hours. We will investigate and ensure that the service is provided promptly or offer a refund if delivery cannot be completed.
