Cancellation and Refund

At Webizona, we are committed to providing high-quality virtual services to all our clients. However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to cancel or request a refund. Please read the policy below carefully.

  • Service Cancellation:
    • You may cancel any service prior to its commencement. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the service delivery begins to be eligible for a full refund.
    • For subscription-based services, cancellations must be made before the next billing cycle to avoid charges for the following period.

  • Refunds:
    • Refunds are available for services that have not yet been delivered or completed.
    • If the service has already been rendered (partially or fully), no refund will be issued. However, if you are dissatisfied with the service provided, please contact our support team to resolve the issue or receive service credits, where applicable.
    • If there is a technical issue or a service failure from our side, we will review your request and issue a full or partial refund depending on the situation.

  • Process for Refund:
    • To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team at support@webizona.com with your order details and reason for the request.
    • Once reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and returned to your original payment method.

  • Exclusions:
    • Refunds are not applicable for fully rendered or completed services.
    • Custom solutions or one-time consultations are non-refundable unless there is a clear breach of contract or technical failure on our part.
